True, this amount is approximate, and, most likely, it will fall into the budget with real capital, since it will be unavailable for any further use if the Verkhovna Rada does not approve the appropriate amendments to the law in the near future. So, it is already known that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine initiated the changes to the tax code, which should remove the difference in the rates of environmental tax rates for the disposal of all retired vehicles. It is from the beginning of 2014 that the above fee will be equal, regardless of the volume of the working engine and the brand of the machine itself:
- for any cars - UAH 5.5 thousand;
- for any freight transport and buses - 11 thousand hryvnia.
Earlier it became known from special messages on "Auto Mail.Ru" that the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, put his signature under the new laws of Ukraine: No. Tax Code on the payment of the environmental tax for the disposal of decommissioned vehicles ”in the summer, July 30 and 31, 2013. The recycling fee itself has already been collected from September 1, 2013.
